  Very good, typical Premier Inn being spotlessly clean and usual facilities. Try to insist on staying in the room rooms, as older rooms are looking a little tired. The Beefeater next door is very good and worth getting the meal deal voucher for £24.99 to get great value, if eating there for dinner and breakfast.

  The hotel has been extended since our last stay, and we were in the new part. Our Family Room seemed huge, well thought out with the children in a sort of alcove that had its own light! We all slept well, and the location is great too - I went for a run along the river the next morning, from the Tees Barrage to the Infinity Bridge and round. Only thing I'd say is it's worth booking in if you want to eat at the attached Beefeater, it was very busy - though the various chain restaurants of Teesside Park are a very short drive away.

  An excellent location for where I was working (Riverside Stadium) with plenty of parking, I was lucky enough to stay in a recently refurbished family room which was spotless. The on site Beefeater was an added bonus, serving a decent evening meal along with the usual Premier Inn breakfast.
